Hi, I’m Shawn McBride, Founder of The Husband SKOOL. I’m a licensed clinical therapist, professional counselor father of 5 grandfather of 2 . But more than that—I’ve been a husband for over 30 years.
I know firsthand that being a husband is not always easy. The responsibilities, expectations, unspoken fears, and emotional weight can feel overwhelming.
Many of us were never taught how to be a husband. We didn’t grow up with examples. We weren’t given the tools. We just got handed the title and told to figure it out.
That’s why I created The Husband SKOOL—an online community for husbands who are committed to doing the work to grow, heal, and lead with love.
